Shola Japheth is a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Technical Lead, and Forward Deployed Engineer based in Lagos, Nigeria. He designs and delivers enterprise systems end-to-end — governance and compliance platforms, ERPs, and consumer applications at ten-million-user scale — and leads the teams that build them. At MTN Nigeria, he ships features into production systems across the telecommunications and financial-services ecosystem, including platforms serving more than 10 million app users. His work spans application development, integrations, operational reliability, and internal AI/knowledge systems, including RAG-based tooling that helps engineers and users retrieve accurate application and operational information. Through Hampshire Heights Global, he led end-to-end delivery of HampshireGRC — a unified governance, risk, and compliance platform now shipped as a standalone SaaS product (hampshiregrc.com). He owned architecture and delivery across a hybrid team of roughly ten engineers plus client-side integration partners, bridging business requirements and production software. Alongside enterprise delivery, Shola founds and builds products of his own. Ìgbájọ (igbajo-owo.com) is a volunteer-operations platform used by organisers at Tech Revolution Africa and Womenovate's WITESA summit. He is also tech partner and backend lead on a hospitality ERP in progress with Gentle Global Group, and previously founded ScanStock, a QR-based inventory system for small and medium businesses. He is the Founder and Community Lead of Believers Tech Expo (believerstechexpo.com) — a faith-rooted technology community and exposition that brings problems, builders, products, and opportunity into the same room. Under BTE he led phos (phos.believerstechexpo.com), an open-source Chrome extension for streaming any tab, window, or screen to YouTube Live without OBS. BTE's 2026 flagship theme is FAITHNOVATION (Lagos, 21 November 2026). Beyond founding BTE, he operates at conference and community scale: Operations Manager for Tech Revolution Africa (6,500+ attendees; sponsors including MTN, Huawei, and Red Hat), Volunteer Management Team Lead at VibeCode Africa, and operations support for Womenovate's WITESA 5.0. As a mentor for The Fintech Africa's Launchpad Africa Cohort 2, he guided Group 8 from idea to shipped product — and the team took 1st place at Final Demo Day. He publishes open-source tools including the drive-photos npm suite, the Asset Lens editor extension, and NetSnap.
